We listen before we suggest
We learn what you want, what you do not want and what makes you feel comfortable. You do not have to fit into somebody else’s way of doing things.
Honourable SupportBrisbane and surrounding areas
We take the time to understand you as a whole human being, what matters in your life and the kind of support worker you would feel comfortable having beside you. Then we carefully connect you with someone reliable who genuinely wants to be there.
No pressure and no obligation. We’ll listen first and help you work out whether Honourable Support feels right for you.

You deserve to feel listened to, respected and genuinely comfortable with the human being supporting you.
What matters to us
We know inviting somebody into your life or home is personal. We want the process to feel calm, clear and centred around you from the very first conversation.
We learn what you want, what you do not want and what makes you feel comfortable. You do not have to fit into somebody else’s way of doing things.
Skills matter, but so do personality, interests, communication and whether the connection feels natural to you.
Reliability and honest communication are central to our name. If we say we will do something, we take that commitment seriously.
For participants and families
We take time to understand you as a whole human being: what help you want, how you want it provided and the kind of support worker you feel comfortable with.
Practical help with daily routines, appointments and the things that make everyday life work.
Support to get out, take part, enjoy interests and stay connected with the people and places that matter.
Respectful help with cleaning, household tasks and keeping home life comfortable and manageable.
Help getting to appointments, activities and the community when transport is part of the agreed support.
Tell us what would help
You can fill it out yourself, ask someone you trust to help you, or complete it together with us. We only ask for information relevant to the support you want.
Who we are
Honourable Support is owned by Tristan, Logan and Ben. Together, we bring more than 15 years of experience in this area of work, and during that time we have seen how difficult it can be for participants and families to find good, dependable support.
That experience is why we created Honourable Support. Our goal is to bring honourable people together with participants who deserve someone they can trust. Someone who listens, cares, keeps their word and is genuinely glad to share time with them.
For participants and families, that means taking the time to understand you as a whole human being, including who you are, what matters to you and what kind of support feels right in your life. We want you to feel comfortable, respected and confident that the human being beside you is there because they truly want to be.
For support workers, it means being valued as a human being too. We want to learn where you shine, who you naturally connect with and the work that gives you purpose. When the right participant and the right worker come together, support can become something they both look forward to.
“We want every human being we work with to feel seen, understood and deeply valued.”The heart of Honourable Support
For independent support workers
We are looking for reliable, warm and capable independent support workers who value honest communication, participant choice and a genuinely good match.
How it begins
Request a callback, email us or complete the participant form. Choose whatever feels easiest.
We learn about you as a human being, the support you want, your preferences and the kind of worker who may feel right.
Whenever practical, we arrange a meet-and-greet. Your comfort and choice remain central.
Your choice continues
You are never locked into a worker who is not the right fit. If you feel uncomfortable, unheard, unsafe or simply believe the match is not working, contact us. We will listen carefully, help you deal with the concern and work with you to find a more suitable independent support worker.
You can ask to stop working with a particular worker at any time. Raising a concern will not reduce the respect, care or effort we give you.
You are welcome to contact us
If you are looking for support, helping someone arrange their supports, or interested in working with us, we would be glad to hear from you.
